Welcome to The Segue Foundation |
The Segue Foundation Inc.
is non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to
bridging invaluable community-based services and
resources to young families following the unexpected
death of a primary caregiver/wage-earner, thereby
helping to ease the transition into their new life.
We meet with the family to assess and prioritize their
needs. We partner with local companies that are willing
to extend financial and/or service related donations
and/or discounts. We then act to link each family with
community-based resources specific to their individual
needs.
We are currently serving young families residing in the
communities of Elk River, Rogers, St. Michael,
Albertville, Dayton, Otsego, and Zimmerman. We are also
expanding our service areas to accommodate the needs of
families across the greater Twin Cities metro area. |
