The Segue Foundation Inc. is dedicated to bridging
invaluable community-based services and resources to
young families following the unexpected dearth of a
primary caregiver/wage-earner, thereby helping to ease
the transition into
their new life.
segue (v): to make a smooth transition from one
situation to another
Our staff and volunteers provide personal assistance to
the surviving families at their time of greatest need.
